The Dairy Cottage
Charming one bedroom cottage that sits within the grounds of Preston Hall Estate, offering a peaceful rural retreat just 12 miles from Edinburgh city centre. The property features a cozy double-sided stove that warms both the sitting room and bedroom. The Garden Bothy
Preston Hall’s first holiday let cottage, The Garden Bothy is located just outside the walls of the recently restored 18th century Walled Garden. The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms and includes a sitting room with wood-burning stove, two bathrooms with one being an en suite to the master bedroom, a kitchen, dining room, and conservatory leading onto a fenced garden. Minimum stay 3 nights.

The Stables South
Launched in July 2022, The Stables South is situated within the courtyard of a 18th century stable block. The charming cottage features two ensuite bedrooms, a sitting room with wood-burning stove, and kitchen that leads out to a large enclosed garden. The property is perfect for friends wanting a country escape for a few days. Minimum stay 3 nights.
